Microsoft in My Life :
Hello Everyone!
This is Pratiksha
Gaikwad pursuing B.E in Computer Science from Cummins College of Engineering,
Pune.
Years ago definition of educated was
so simple it said, “The person who knows reading and writing is EDUCATED”, but
now a days with the change definition of Educated is also changed. In this
world of Technology the person who knows to operate computers and smart phones
is known as EDUCATED.
Microsoft
makes the way of people to use computers and smart phones easy. From WINDOWS 98
upto WINDOWS 8.1 ultimate every updated version of operating system makes the
easiest interface to use computer so that any common man can also operate
computers easily, and this is the thing which I like the most about Microsoft.
Microsoft makes the way of using computer easy and the result of this is that now
small kids also know about Microsoft.
Apart
from operating system applications of Microsoft like Microsoft Office, Internet
Explorer, Microsoft Access, Xbox and many others, all these applications are
very important part of our day to day life. Very first interaction of mine with
Microsoft was through Microsoft Paint, one of my favorite application from my
childhood till now which is a journey from small drawings which I used to draw in
my childhood to editing any photo. From
the documentation till the presentation of my project was completed
successfully only because of Microsoft office. Excel files make it easy to keep
record of things. Skype another amazing application of Microsoft through which we
can communicate with people through all over the world. It was very lovely
feeling when I used Skype for first time to talk with my sister who was in
U.S., talking with her on Skype was like we was setting in a same room and had
the same fun like we are at home not away from each others. I would like to
mention here that using Skype was easier than other options of video calling.
While
providing applications as per users requirement Microsoft takes cares of
simplicity also, and it makes Microsoft to connect with its user. Being in the
software world as an Engineer my life and my work won’t be complete without
Microsoft. I am really thankful to Microsoft for providing all these wonderful
application that too in simple manner.

MSA could be the one who get to know the
new upcoming Microsoft products. being MSA I would like to share information of
these products with my friends and in society this would introduce them to
Microsoft technology.

I will try to organize workshops, seminars
etc in my college campus which will helps other students to get the knowledge
of newly launched Microsoft products and applications.

I will try to bridge the gap between
students and Microsoft which will helps student to get the knowledge of
software industry as well as different developing products.
- ·
I
will bring awareness on different certifications and workshops associates by
Microsoft and also encourage my friends and students of my college to be the
part of such activities.
